By accepting these conditions, a contract is established between AEKAE(Ain Aldhari Electronics Trading Co LLC) 1112935, Dubai, UAE and the customer, who confirms that they have the necessary legal authority to enter into the agreement.
The installation, configuration, and initial setup of cloud-based software is required prior to receiving remote technical support and internet-connected device security solutions. The service provided by AEKAE includes:
1.1 – A professional system test to identify and eliminate malicious files and repair operational issues
1.2 – Installation and configuration of cloud-based software licenses
1.3 – Cloud configuration and optimization.
The charges or cost do not incorporate Value Added Tax (VAT) or equivalent indirect tax, which will be imposed as per the terms of the agreement based on the country’s laws. Unless otherwise specified, these taxes will be prepaid by the CUSTOMER.

- 20 Hours Email/Remote Support
c) Prime Software Bundle:
- Real-time protection Tool
- Automatic and manual scanning
- Cloud protection
- Ransomware security
- Access controls
- 20 Hours Monthly Phone Support
- 40 Hours Email/Remote Support
Terms
- The prices include installation, configuration, and initial clean.
- Prices based on customer’s currency and contract duration:
- VAT and indirect tax not included, applied as the agreement progresses per the service provider’s country legislation.
- Fees are payable in advance or can be paid in installments with AEKAE’s discretion. If CUSTOMER fails to pay, the support plan may be downgraded to a lower-priced plan.
- CUSTOMER can upgrade their plan by paying the difference.
- Support service won’t renew automatically after the subscription ends.
- The tech team can only provide assistance for software issues, not hardware.
14 days to withdraw from the purchase:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery by you and which cannot be returned for reasons of data security or licensed products.
- Sealed audio or visual recordings or software that has been unsealed after delivery.
